Gangtok, Lachen & Lachung Tour – 6 Nights / 7 Days
Day 1: NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport – Gangtok (125 km / 4 hrs)
Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, meet our representative and transfer to Gangtok (5,480 ft.), the capital of Sikkim.
Check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Explore M.G. Marg and the local markets.

Day 2: Gangtok Trip to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
After breakfast, take a half-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft, 32 km from Gangtok). The lake is sacred to locals, about 1 km long and 15 m deep.
Continue to Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (12 km from the lake). Return to Gangtok for shopping or personal activities.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 3: Gangtok – Mangan – Chungthang – Lachen
After breakfast, drive to Lachen (2,750 m) via Chungthang. En route, visit Naga Falls, Twin Waterfalls, Bhim Nala Falls, and the junction of Lachen & Lachung Rivers.
Lunch on the way. Evening arrival at the hotel.

Day 4: Lachen – Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung
Early morning, drive to Gurudongmar Lake (17,000 ft), one of the highest and most sacred lakes in North Sikkim. Altitude may cause breathing difficulty, so proceed with caution.
On the return journey, view Chopta Valley from outside. Return to Lachen for lunch.
After lunch, drive to Lachung (2,700 m) and check in at the hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 5: Lachung – Yumthang Valley – Gangtok
After breakfast, drive to Yumthang Valley (26 km / 1 hr, 11,800 ft). Enjoy the Lachung River flowing through the valley. Optional visit to Zero Point (~INR 3,000 per car).
Visit the Hot Springs known for their medicinal properties. Return to Lachung for lunch and rest.
After lunch, drive back to Gangtok.

Day 6: Gangtok Full Day Sightseeing
Full-day sightseeing in Gangtok covering Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower Show, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (closed on Sunday), Do-Drul Chorten, Ropeway, Bakthang Falls, Gunjan Monastery, and Banjhakhri Falls.
Afternoon free for shopping or personal activity.

Day 7: Gangtok – IXB Airport / NJP Railway Station
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station (125 km / 4 hrs) for your onward journey.
Tour concludes with memories of North Sikkim’s lakes, waterfalls, and valleys.
