1.1 Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official communication channels.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the travel dates:
  • More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus administrative fees.
  • 15 to 30 days before travel: 50% cancellation charge on the total booking amount.
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund; full payment is forfeited.

1.2 Cancellation by Beyond Borders Tours N Travels:

• Beyond Borders Tours N Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
• In such cases, customers will be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund.

1.3 Non-Refundable Charges:

• Certain components of the booking such as visa fees, flight tickets, or third-party service fees may be non-refundable as per the terms of suppliers or service providers.

1.4 Amendment Policy:

• Any changes or amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Customers are advised to notify Beyond Borders Tours N Travels as soon as possible to facilitate changes.
